Special IT technicians from our service team are certified and trained support specialists.
Of course, our team also provides support for your archive, editing and playout system.
In addition to ACSR (Avid Certified Support Representative) certificates for Media Composer, Unity and Interplay, our IT service technicians have the relevant Final Cut Studio, Xsan and Mac OS X service training from Apple.
Our IT support service technicians provide support for the system directly on-site with you. But in most cases, the solution is already identified with remote or telephone support.

BPM offers customised and standardised IT support contracts.And of course, after a thorough examination in the case of systems not supplied by us. Talk to us.
Backup
For standard applications such as Avid or Apple editing suites, we also offer backup systems under favourable terms. For us, system failure does not mean interrupted work.
