4RU chassis with space for up to 6 internal removable drives and mirrored OS drives. Support for up to 2 inputs and 2 outputs in SD or HD, each with SDI and Analogue video, plus embedded, AES/EBU and analogue audio. Includes full system configuration with Geevs Client software, GPIs, Two Quad Core CPUs, DVD-RW, redundant PSU, rack slides and Windows XP Pro SP2. Support for DV25, DVCPRO 25, DV50, DVCPRO HD, MPEG2, MPEG-2 HD, DNxHD, ProRes and Uncompressed codecs, and AVI, QuickTime and MXF Wrappers. Available in 1 in/1 out or 2 in/2 out configurations.
CLIENT APPLICATIONS
Geevs Client is a multi-purpose I/O application. Geevs Autorun provides dedicated 24/7 channel playout. Geevs Sports provides synchronized ingest of up to 16 cameras, with instant replay and dynamic slow motion. Geevs Live provides Studio Playout with MOS integration and GPI triggers for Vision Mixer support. Geevs Multicam provides dedicated studio ingest with instant review of all angles. Other applications provide transcoding, backup, file delivery, studio logging and review.
FORMATS AND CODECS
AVI, QuickTime and MXF container support. DNxHD, ProRes and XDCAM offer excellent workflow integration with post production. Geevs servers also include standard broadcast formats such as DV25, DVCPRO 50, DVCPRO HD, MPEG-2 and MPEG-2 HD.
