The 1:4 3G-SDI Distribution Amplifier allows a single SDI, HD-SDI or 3G-SDI video source to be distributed to (without loss of signal) four SDI/HDSDI/3GSDI devices at the same time. Crisp, highly defined visuals are generated in NTSC or PAL formats supporting Standard and High Definition resolutions to 1080p Full HD.
SDI
SDI (Serial Digital Interface), used primarily in broadcasting, relays high quality digital video through special connectors. There are 3 grades of SDI: Standard Definition SDI (SDI), High Definition SDI (HD-SDI, peaking at 1080i), and the new high-data-transmission 3G-SDI, allowing a much greater throughput and resolution than ever before (1080p) in one small cable rather than the two-cable solution formerly required with HD-SDI at 1080p.
