The Universal Baseplate works with all cameras, including Panasonic HVX200, DVX100a/b, Canon XL-H1, XL1, XL1s, XL2, GL2, XH-A1 Sony XDCAM EX1,Sony F3, Sony NEX-FS100, SO-HVR-Z1U, VX1000, VX2000, PD-150, PD-170, JVC GY-HD100U,HD200U, HD250U, Silicon Imaging SI2K, RED ONE and any other cameras of this size.

Zacuto Universal Baseplate includes 12-inch rods and works and allows mounting accessories off the front and the back of the rods. The Universal Baseplate mounts to the camera with a 1/4 20" screw and a locking pin and it attaches to the tripod plate with both 3/8 16" and 1/4 20" screws. It has 4.5" slide capability for balancing on the tripod and 4.5" slide for balancing the camera as well. The Baseplate has up and down as well as side to side adjustments, allowing it to align all cameras with various equipment, like matte boxes and follow focus units.

The Baseplate comes with 12" support rods that are 15mm in diameter and 60mm standard lightweight distance between rod centers. The 12" rods are female threaded on both ends. The Zacuto universal baseplate will work with all 15mm lightweight support matteboxes and follow focus units.

Upgrade to stainless steel screws to prevent rusting.

NOTE: The Universal Baseplate comes with the Z-UB3-ORG T-Slide. This T-Slide consists of a 1/4 20" screw and locking pin. If you need a different T-Slide, you may add it for an additional charge below.

Z-UB3-CT2: This T-Slide has (2) 1/4 20"/3/8 16" t-slides including only the 1/4 20" screws. This is for the RED ONE and Sony F3, and other cameras requiring two 1/4 20" screws.

Z-UB3-CT3: This T-Slide has (1) 1/4 20" and 3/8 16" T-Slide with both screws included.
