In the field of medical technology, we offer repairs and standard maintenance on AV peripheral equipment for many of the leading medical equipment manufacturers and sales organisations. This peripheral equipment includes video printers and disc recorders from Sony, Mitsubishi and Toshiba as well as monitors from Sony and Olympus (OEM).
Repairs and standard maintenance are usually billed based on time and material used. To minimise the organisational costs as for larger quantities and processing times, fixed-price agreements are also an option. The advantage for you is obvious: no lengthy repair times due to cost estimates and calculable costs for you.
Our technicians and engineers can draw on many years of experience in the repair of professional video technology products, which in some cases are of the same construction as the equipment to be repaired. The advantage for you is simple: shorter and, thus, inexpensive repairs. Upon request, we will prepare a cost estimate before the repair.
Backup
For the duration of the repair, you can rely on inexpensive equipment from our backup pool to fill the time gap. In this way, your work is not interrupted.
DIN testing
A safety test is performed for each device after the repair in accordance with DIN VDE (German Association of Electrical Engineers) 0601. The data obtained are recorded electronically and assigned to the repair process. The customer can retrieve the report on the measurements at any time when necessary.
