Service comprises the basis of our work. This is how we offer our customers security and reliability. With one of the largest broadcast service shops in Germany, we always have the right product specialist for maintenance, repair and support - in Hamburg and Berlin.
Professional service and support is essential today for a successful business relationship with our customers. Modern IT and AV solutions for broadcast and media applications are becoming more complex and extensive in their options.
Our service centre has prepared for this. Highly experienced technicians and engineers repair and maintain your professional equipment either at our offices or at your location upon request. Of course, you do not have to have purchased your equipment from us to use our service.
In addition to repairs on a time and material basis, we offer fixed-price maintenance, maintenance and support contracts and warranty handling for your equipment.
BPM is an authorised broadcast service partner of Avid, JVC, Panasonic, Sennheiser and Sony.
Our service team is available to assist you daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
