The MKE 400 MKII is the successor to the well-known MKE 400 camera microphone and, compared to its predecessor, offers a completely revised design, suitable for modern DSLR and DSLM cameras, as well as three sensitivity settings and low cut filter for an even higher and more professional audio quality. The shotgun microphone is equipped with a high-quality condenser capsule with supercardioid characteristic and has a frequency response of 50 to 20,000 Hz. The integrated boom mount and windscreen ensure clear audio even with dynamic camera movements. The microphone automatically switches on and off with a connected DSLR or DSLM camera and the headphone output is also equipped with its own volume control. Two included coiled cables also allow use with a smartphone or other mobile device.
