The HDC-3170 is a portable system camera of the HDC series with integrated triax connector. It enables the recording of professional HD material with high sensitivity (F12 / F13 at 1080i). It is suitable for work in the studio as well as on the road and delivers excellent image quality thanks to the 2/3" CMOS sensor with global shutter. The HDC-3170 fits seamlessly into the Sony HDC family and is compatible with a wide range of accessories, remote controls and camera control units of HDCU-2000 series.
