Properties:

The Video Assist 5" 12G HDR is a professional 5" 4K field monitor and recorder for monitoring and recording video signals up to 4K DCI at 25 frames per second. The field monitor has a Full HD touchscreen LC display with a brightness of 2,500 nit which is suitable for HDR (HDR10, Hybrid Log Gamma). The monitor has a 12G-SDI input, a 12G-SDI output, an HDMI input and an HDMI output and can therefore be used flexibly on the set depending on the camera system. The recording takes place as ProRes or -DNx in YUV 4:2:2 10-bit on a separately available SD card. Output via one of the video outputs is also possible. The Video Assist 12G HDR is powered either by the supplied 12V AC adapter or by two separately available li-ion NP-F batteries. The USB-C connection serves as a computer interface, for software updates or for connecting an external drive for recording.
