The Atomos Ninja Ultra is a 5.2" 4K monitor recorder with a brightness of 1000 nits. It offers various recording features, such as support for up to 6Kp30 and 4Kp120 in formats such as Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHD and H.265 (HEVC). Recording in Apple ProRes RAW at up to 6Kp30 is also possible. The Ninja Ultra can simultaneously record H.265 and NDI TX, as well as 4Kp60 ProRes RAW and H.265 with dual RAW recording. This enables smooth camera-to-cloud workflows (when used with Atomos Connect). The device offers automatic file name, timecode, and recording trigger matching from ARRI, Canon, RED, and Sony cameras. The Ninja Ultra provides the ability to wirelessly share what is seen on the Atomos screen with other Atomos Connect users as well as devices such as Shogun Connect, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. With Atomos RemoteView, this is even possible worldwide. The Atomos Ninja Ultra also offers advanced monitoring tools with intuitive one-touch operation, including SegmentPro, EL Zone, ARRI False Color as well as proven tools such as Vectorscopes, Zebra, Atomos False Color and Onion Skin. Through the AtomX expansion port, SDI connectivity and NDI workflows via Atomos Connect and AtomX. Atomos Connect acts as a gateway to the cloud, providing access to the benefits of Atomos Cloud Studio. The form factor of the device is the same as the Ninja V series, which ensures compatibility with all Ninja series accessories.
