The S-Mic 2, manufactured by Deity, is a condenser shotgun microphone with supercardioid characteristics and a frequency response from 50 Hz to 20 kHz. The microphone has low self-noise, which simplifies audio amplification at the mixer or during post-production. The low off-axis coloration allows good speech intelligibility and high audio quality even with moving objects. A microphone clamp, a foam windscreen and a waterproof hard case are included.
