Properties:

The H5 is a portable audio recorder with 4 tracks and the removable X/Y microphone capsule XYH-5. In addition to the inputs for the exchangeable microphone capsules (L/R), the recorder has two high-quality combo jacks (1/2) for 3-pin XLR or 6.3 mm jack. The H5 supports the recording formats MP3 (max. 44.1 kHz at 320 kbps) and WAV (max. 96 kHz at 24-bit, 2 tracks) in stereo mode and WAV (max. 48 kHz at 24-bit, 6 tracks) in multitrack mode. Audio interface operation via USB 2.0 is also possible. The audio signals are recorded on an SD or SDHC card with a maximum capacity of 32 GB. The H5 is powered either by two included AA batteries (LR6), USB (cable included) or the optional AC adapter AD-17.
