The SK 6212 is a lightweight digital mini pocket transmitter of the Digital 6000 series with built-in Sennheiser Audio Codec (SeDAC), audio encryption (AES 256) and long range mode. The bodypack transmitter offers a frequency response from 30 Hz to 20 kHz, over which the audio signal is transmitted intermodulation-free to a compatible receiver in a switching bandwidth of up to 88 MHz. It can be transmitted either in standard mode with 15 mW rms or in low power mode with 3.5 mW rms. In combination with the BA 62 battery pack, the SK 6212 offers a battery life of up to 12 hours and is therefore perfectly suited for continuous operation in theatres, musicals, live broadcasts or similar applications.
