The ALEXA 35 Base Production Sets are designed to suit the workflow of a traditional camera department. The ALEXA 35 Base Prod. Set (LPL, MVF, 19mm) contains an ALEXA 35 camera with a Base License (frame rates up to 60 fps, ProRes recording, basic 16:9 and 2:1 spherical recording formats), LPL Mount (LBUS), PL-to-LPL Adapter, MVF-2 viewfinder, production accessories, and Power Distribution Module PDM-1. Both lightweight 15 mm and studio 19 mm rod standards are supported on the CBP-5 bridge plate and shoulder pad that are part of the Production Support Set - Bottom (19mm). The full-size Center Camera Handle CCH-5 and extendable Viewfinder Mounting Bracket VMB-5 offer rock-solid support and rapid reconfiguration possibilities on set. The ALEXA 35 camera with Base License can be upgraded through the ARRI Shop via temporary or permanent licenses with the following features: frame rates up to 120 fps, ARRIRAW recording, all Open Gate-width and anamorphic recording formats plus in-camera anamorphic de-squeeze, pre-recording, and look (ARRI Textures, ARRI Look Library, Custom Color Management). Each feature license can be purchased individually or all together in the Premium License.
