The new double leg video tripod models were developed for those who are looking for a robust, stable and lightweight tripod. This requirement profile could be achieved by high-quality carbon fiber tubes in combination with a new leg locking mechanism. This allowed Manfrotto engineers to achieve a 50% higher torsional stiffness compared to the Manfrotto aluminium versions (546B, 546GB, 545B and 545GB).
