The Zoomer is a zoom motor for lenses and extends the CDM Zoom Servo Drive family. The motor unit can be easily attached via a 15mm rod and pivoted to a variety of lenses. The unit is easily controlled via a LANC cable supplied with the unit, using a hand-operated rocker switch in the back-band operation. It is compatible with Sony's camera-specific protocol, so it can also be used with the FX9, FX6, FX7 or FS5. Using the supplied Flexi gear (#206-30), the zoomer is also compatible with many zoom lenses without gearing.
