Properties:

This mount adapter allows EF-mount lenses to be attached to E-mount cameras. It also enlarges the image circle by 0.71x (1.07x in DX format) and increases the maximum output aperture. The Speed Booster ULTRA is therefore ideal for professional f/2.8 zoom lenses such as the 24 - 70 mm f/2.8 and 70 - 200 mm f/2.8 zooms by Canon and Nikon for generating 17 - 50 mm f/2.0 and 50 - 142 mm f/2.0 high-speed zooms. High-speed fixed focal length lenses such as a 50 mm f/1.2 are also converted to a 35.5 mm f/0.9 lens with excellent contrast and resolution from the center to the edge of the image.
