The Nanlite Forza 720B is a powerful Bi-Color LED spotlight with impressive light output. Thanks to its innovative light source technology, the Forza 720B boasts a remarkable 40 % increase in brightness compared to the Forza 500. With an 800 W power output and illuminance of 7919 Lux at 3 m, it is the brightest two-color LED spotlight by Nanlite. It comes with a standard Bowens mount, making it compatible with Nanlite's extensive range of light modifiers and third-party products. A umbrella mount or projection attachment can be mounted for creative lighting effects. The control unit features an antenna amplifier for reliable Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz connectivity. Two V-mount battery plates are placed on the sides for battery operation. The included quick release clamp allows easy attachment to light stands and other objects. A new locking mechanism provides easy and precise adjustment with a curved bracket that rotates 360°, allowing extended downward tilt angles. The included 5 m connecting cable allows mounting the light on taller objects. The cooling system operates at a very quiet 20 dB, making it ideal for audio recordings. The fan can be completely turned off via the built-in controls or the NANLINK APP, but this reduces the maximum output to 15 %. Smooth dimming from 0 to 100 % in 0.1 % increments ensures precise light control. The spotlight supports DMX control and can power a DMX receiver via the USB port. It can also be controlled via the NANLINK APP. With the 720B, switching between two output modes is possible. In the maximum output mode, the power is always maximized for the selected color temperature, ensuring the brightest possible light output. In the constant output mode, the luminance level remains unchanged when the color temperature is adjusted. This allows for consistent light output and improves efficiency on set, requiring fewer adjustments to camera settings and other devices.
