AJA FiDO-4R

Properties:

This mini converter converts SDI signals from optical fibre to copper wires. The signals stay untouched and additional SDI information and embedded audio data are transmitted also. Video formats are detected automatically and the galvanic isolation prevents ripple pickups. Because of its robust construction, the FIDO-4T is ideal to use indoors or outdoors.

• Converts 3G-/HD-/SD-SDI signals from optical fibre to copper wires (video format is detected automatically)
• With a transmission over optical fibre a distance of 400 m (SD-SDI), 200 m (HD-SDI) or 140 m (3G-SDI) can be realised
• Complies to all relevant SMPTE specifications
• Galvanic isolation prevents eventually existing ripple pickups

• Inputs get equalised and rehashed (re-clocked)
• Transmission of 4K signals over the 4 optical fibres possible
